These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern use of the patient platform ("Platform") operated by the Platform Operator, including the web and mobile applications.
Any natural person who visits the Platform, creates an account, or uses appointment, profile, or communication features ("User") is deemed to accept these Terms. These Terms are limited to the digital services provided through the Platform. Oral and dental healthcare actually delivered at clinics remains the professional and legal responsibility of the relevant healthcare provider.
The Platform provides a digital interface that enables Users to create an account, manage profile information, request appointments through affiliated clinics, track appointment status, and receive Platform-related notices.
The Platform is not a marketplace, an emergency medical line, or a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a dentist. Clinic selection, appointment confirmation, treatment planning, and clinical processes are handled by the relevant healthcare provider and authorized healthcare professionals.
Certain Platform features may require membership. The User represents that information provided at registration and thereafter is accurate, up to date, and belongs to the User.
If an account is created on behalf of another person or misleading information is provided, the Platform Operator may request verification, restrict related actions, or take steps required under applicable law. The User is responsible for ensuring that contact channels (phone, email) are accessible and belong to the User.
The User must keep account credentials confidential and must not share them with third parties. If suspicious access, unauthorized use, or a security incident is noticed, the User should promptly notify the Platform Operator via the Platform or the contact channels.
The Platform Operator applies reasonable technical and organizational security measures. However, the User remains responsible for outcomes arising from the security of the User’s devices, shared-device use, or credential leaks caused by the User.
The User agrees to use the Platform only in accordance with law, ethics, and these Terms. The following conduct is prohibited:
Appointment requests created through the Platform are subject to the relevant clinic’s availability, confirmation rules, and operating policies. Final confirmation of an appointment may depend on clinic approval or clinic processes.
Change and cancellation requests may be submitted through the Platform; however, each clinic’s own cancellation/rescheduling policies, time limits, and consequences may apply. The User should attend appointments on time and notify change needs as early as reasonably possible.
The Platform provides digital tools that facilitate access to healthcare services; it does not itself provide healthcare. Diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medical decisions, and clinical practice are performed only by authorized healthcare professionals under applicable legislation.
Informational content on the Platform is general in nature and does not replace personalized medical advice. Users should make decisions about their health in consultation with a dentist or an appropriate healthcare provider.
The Platform does not provide emergency healthcare services. In a medical emergency, do not wait for a response through the Platform; contact the 112 Emergency Call Center or an appropriate healthcare facility.
In cases of severe pain, trauma, excessive bleeding, shortness of breath, suspected allergic reaction, or other potentially life-threatening situations, immediately seek emergency help or go to the nearest healthcare facility.
The Platform’s software, interface, design, texts, logos, trademarks, database structures, and other content belong to the Platform Operator or the relevant rights holders. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of these elements is prohibited.
For content uploaded or submitted by the User, the Platform Operator is granted a limited right of use necessary to provide the service; this does not extinguish the User’s legal rights.
The Platform Operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical faults, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure.
How information submitted through the Platform is reflected in clinical processes depends on the practices of the relevant healthcare provider. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the Platform Operator is not liable for clinical decisions, treatment outcomes, appointment capacity, or acts of clinic personnel.
Availability statements and liability limitations do not remove mandatory consumer rights or mandatory liability based on fault where applicable.
The User may request account closure through account settings on the Platform or via support channels. Account closure does not in every case require deletion of records that must be retained by law.
If these Terms or applicable law are violated, or if there is a security risk, suspected fraud, or abuse of the service, the Platform Operator may—depending on the circumstances and after informing the User where reasonable—restrict access, suspend the account, or close it. Temporary protective restrictions may be applied in urgent security threats; the User will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable.
The Platform Operator may update these Terms due to service development, legal requirements, or operational needs.
Material changes will be notified before they take effect via the Platform and/or the User’s registered contact channels. The updated text is published on the Platform with version and effective date. Users are not left solely responsible for tracking changes themselves.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Rights arising under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and related legislation remain reserved for Users acting as consumers.
In disputes, contacting the Platform Operator first is recommended. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts, or other competent authorities within their legal rights.
For notices and requests under these Terms, you may use the contact channels available on the Platform.
The document version is "terms_tr_2026_01".
The current version published on the Platform prevails. Prior versions may be archived; the version in force at the relevant time applies to legal transactions.
