This Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices, cookies and similar technologies, notification preferences, and general data-protection approach of the patient platform operated by the Platform Operator, including the web and mobile applications.
This document does not replace the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Privacy Notice. For detailed information on the processing of your personal data, please review the KVKK Notice. This Policy and the KVKK Notice should be read together.
During use of the Platform, information in the following categories may be processed:
Information is obtained primarily from the following sources:
Collected information may be used to create and manage membership, run appointment processes, authenticate users, provide security, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, fulfill legal obligations, and—where you have given separate consent—send commercial electronic communications.
Marketing communications are assessed separately from your commercial electronic message consent. Operational notices (for example appointment reminders, verification codes, password reset) may be sent as required to provide the service, independently of marketing consent.
Service providers may be used for hosting, message delivery, analytics, security, and support. Such parties may process data only under instructions and contractual safeguards, and only to the extent necessary.
Necessary information may be transferred to affiliated clinics to run appointment and patient processes. Sharing with competent public authorities may occur where legally required. Your data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes outside what is stated in this Policy and the KVKK Notice.
Personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and considering statutory limitation / retention obligations. When the purpose ceases or the legal retention period expires, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
An account-closure request does not always mean immediate deletion of all records; mandatory legal records and legitimate retention needs are reserved. See the KVKK Notice for more detail on periods.
The Platform Operator applies technical and organizational security measures to reduce unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These may include access control, transmission security, logging, and authorization mechanisms.
No digital system can guarantee absolute security. Users should use strong passwords, secure their devices, and report suspicious activity.
The web application may use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, remembering preferences, and proper operation of the service. Strictly necessary cookies may be required for core functions; where analytics or preference cookies are used, information and preference mechanisms are provided where practicable.
You can manage cookies in your browser settings; disabling some cookies may prevent certain Platform features from working.
The mobile application may request the operating system’s notification permission to send push notifications. Declining permission may not fully prevent core use of the app, but you may not receive notices via push.
You can change notification permissions later in device settings. Commercial notifications are additionally subject to your commercial electronic message consent; operational notifications may be necessary to provide the service.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience; the Platform Operator is not responsible for third parties’ privacy practices. You are encouraged to review the privacy policies of those sites.
The Platform may support patient processes conducted under parental or legal-guardian supervision. Processing of children’s personal data is carried out in line with applicable legislation and the requirements of clinical processes.
Persons who are not legal representatives are not expected to create accounts or process data on behalf of a child. If you believe a child’s data has been processed unlawfully, please contact us through our channels.
You may manage your communication preferences, commercial message consent, and profile information through account settings. To exercise your rights under KVKK, use the application method described in the KVKK Notice.
Preference changes may take a short time to propagate through technical and operational systems.
This Privacy Policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced via the Platform and/or your registered contact channels. The current version and effective date are published on the Platform.
The document version is "privacy_tr_2026_01". For questions, you may use the contact channels available on the Platform.
